Located in the historic heart of Mayfair, the building that houses Crown London dates back to the 17th century. Once fondly known as The White Elephant Club, this private dining institution was frequented by Hollywood stars and high society, heralding these surroundings as ‘the place to be’.

DRESS STANDARDS 

SMART CASUAL DRESS POLICY

Crown London operates a smart casual dress policy. Smart tailored shorts are acceptable attire. Flip flops, offensive styles or clothing that is too revealing are not permitted.

Management reserves the right to apply discretion in maintaining these dress standards and may refuse entry to or request a person to leave where they do not meet the required standard and are deemed to be inappropriately attired.

Age restriction

The minimum age to access our Dining Membership, website and premises is 18 years. We enforce a Challenge 25 policy. 

Cancellation Fee Policy

Thank you for your interest in booking a table with us.

Credit or debit card details are required to guarantee all reservations. All credit or debit card information will be processed securely. Funds may be verified but no charges will be debited from your card at the time of reservation unless pre-payment is required. 

Full pre-payment is required for all special offers, set menus and where a minimum spend is required.

All reservations are subject to a 15-minute grace period. 

For cancellations or changes to your booking please contact us directly on 020 7647 5454.

Cancellations or changes outside of the applicable notice periods or no shows may incur a fee of up to £25 per person.

Applicable notice periods:
For bookings of 12 or less, please contact us at least 24 hours before your reservation time. 
For bookings of 13 or more, please contact us at least 72 hours before your reservation time.

Crown London reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations.
